Let’s be real here, the fitness industry is filled with over complicated theories which do not even come close to coming into play for 95% of us. You don’t need 67 variations of presses (exaggeration… but come on you get it) to grow your chest, you don’t need to be in the gym for 3 hours after work or class every night and you don’t need to survive on plain chicken breast and one cup of rice consumed four times a day.
I’ll let you in on some secrets…. well actually there are no secrets. Just lift heavy, focus on progression and actually be somewhat health conscious when you eat and you will look amazing in a few months.
So let’s get down to it. Let’s get down to the nitty gritty. I’ll give you the simple, “need to know” keys to unlock the physique that you oh so badly want. Will you look like Arny? Mehhhh…. no (unless you have freak genetics and some go-juice money), but hey you will look way better than you do now.
